The spring season is a great time to talk about goal setting and creating new, productive habits with our students. Sometimes, students need that final "push" to stay on track and make it through the semester before spring break arrives. This reading passage will give students a brief overview into what a habit is, how habits are formed in our brains, and why they're so darn hard to quit OR start! Some practice suggestions are offered for students to start tracking AND reflecting on their own habits.
