Engaging and Fun Vocabulary Activities

I have struggled with how to teach vocabulary for YEARS! Nothing ever seems to "stick" with my students no matter how pretty I make the PowerPoint. Over the past few years, I've developed rigorous, yet engaging vocabulary activities that get my students working WITH the words rather than working to simply WRITE the words. I've compiled four of my favorite vocabulary activities to use with my students. Each set contains ten words that students will encounter on the ACT, SAT, EOC, and in regular, every day life!
