Distance Learning ELA | Informational Text Choice Board

Distance learning in high school can be complicated! I've put together a digital learning choice board for informational text for my high school students.

This product comes with a choice board for informational text articles + activities that you can download and share with students as a PDF OR as an assignment on Google Classroom. You will receive access to a folder which includes the choice board, video instructions for teachers and students, answer keys, and an editable choice board.

Students will be prompted to choose one activity from each of 3 columns. I've chosen texts that are engaging and not too difficult, but they'll still push the student to work on the ELA standards.

The assignments cover topics such as:

- Central Idea

- Rhetoric

- Tone

- Vocabulary

- Inferencing

- Creative thinking

- Text Structure

- Author's Purpose

- Author's Argument

...and more.
