The skill focus is main idea (finding, supporting, justifying) - students are provided with a presentation, a video, and several practice activities to understand this very valuable "Building Block" skill. Students will also have an informational text article to work through about Binge-Watching, a poem about how the news media influences our lives, multiple choice-writing activities, a vocabulary list, a creative project, and more!
